Of all the actors who have ever voiced or played God in a movie, Morgan Freeman is my favorite. He shines as the inquisitive but gentle host of Through the Wormhole, as he discusses the mysteries of the universe and introduces far-flung concepts to viewers who take the time to ponder the big questions of the cosmos.

Lots of interesting topics covered in this series. The one about what we are made of was over my head. It’s been a long time since my last science class! Morgan Freeman could read the phone book & I would listen. Somehow I’m not enjoying this series as much as I expected to.

Morgan Freeman may be religious, but if he is, it does not interfere with or limit his choice of subjects, such as Stem Cell Universe with Stephen Hawking, etc. He also had/has some kind of relationship with his second wife's granddaughter so I wouldn't worry too much about religion being foremost in his mind. Just enjoy the series, it's good.

Good to know many new scientific ideas. But, not entertaining.

Very good, very well produced science show. Can stray slightly into the metaphysical but always brings it back to solid science. Great explorations of ideas on what might be for the future of science. And of course Morgan Freeman is eminently watchable as the host.

Interesting, educational dissertation. Freeman dose a great job of narration (as usual).

Morgan Freeman had reason to repent being the voice for this video. He is a paid actor, not a Creationist - nor are some of the scientists whose words were twisted for that purpose. The fact that there is still (and probably always will be) much about the Universe that we can't understand proves nothing about the Bible! It just proves that the Universe is more complex than our primate brain's ability to conceptualize it.

Madmanintheattic:
If Morgan Freeman was a Religious Fundamentalist he would not be open to asking various questions regarding life, who we are and where we are going. Would he? As i understand Religious Fundamentalism is basically Closed mindedness yes? That ones idea's/Principals are all encompassing yes?

Amazing, wonderful, helpful, insightful, just plain good. The analogies and graphics used to help us understand this way out theie, cutting edge science are so helpful. We were riveted to the screen. There are two discs to get through so with just a one week hold and no renewals, you need to pick up your paws and keep trucking.

The only part we found far-fetched was the segment on technologies. In this segment in seemed they believed our existence and life here on Earth and in this Universe was just a program on someone else's computer. At first a theory but then they seemed to morph into a belief. Other than that each section whether on Time, Space, Dark Energy, Dark Matter or whatever was completely enthralling.

Morgan Freeman was great.

Creationist propaganda hidden behind an apparent discussion of Science. Produced by "Reveations" Entertainment. One more attempt by the crazy people to disguise themselves as scientists. I didn't know Morgan Freeman was a religulous fundamentalist.

This is a copy of Seson Two. Not Seson One as I thought it was.

Quite good. I like how they tackle philosophical topics as well as just science.
