A bit contrived but still pretty good. The last 20 minutes felt either rushed or a victim of poor editing.

Immoral throughout. The spreading of the ashes, the sleeping around, everybody dies, the husband is bad. Don't waste your time. Not recommended.

The disc is so scratched or whatever that it's completely unwatchable after 10 minutes. That is ok because from the first 10 minutes I could tell the film would be a total pile of crap.

I cried so much!!!! It was a very good romance movie , a little slow in building up but well-written....

Sweet, safe movie. A bit slow at times. It tries to be the Notebook, but is a weaker version.

This disc is too badly damaged to watch. Maybe the first 20 minutes work but the rest your don't have a picture for

I decided to read this movie as the book version not too long ago and I found it amazing. It was one of those books where you couldn’t stop reading until you figured out what was going to happen. It basically talks about a couple who fell in love in highschool and meet back in there 40’s through the death of a mutual friend. Than basically fall in love again. The guy, Dasian (not sure how to spell his name) comes from a poor family and of course, the women, comes from a very rich put together family. The difference between the book and the movie were only two things, 1) when Dasian tried to bring back Amanda with the mutual friend before he died, 2) that I cannot remember. Which is really good compared to a lot of the movies that are shown nowadays where everything in the book is completely ignored when making the movie. Anyways, it was a good movie although it really isn’t my type of movie. I love romantic movies with a twist. To me, this movie was very straight forward which I didn’t enjoy, I got bored very quickly. For others who like ‘The Notebook’, they will love this movie because it’s just like that. Hopeless romantics getting together after a long period of time. The casting was spot on, a little secret that I heard was that before Paul Walker died he was supposed to star in the movie. I rate this movie 6/10.

Amanda: [speaking to Dawson] "I should go. This is dangerous. We've had wine and somehow you've gotten better looking, which is so annoying. Why couldn't you have gotten bald or fat, or something? Jesus!"

Dawson[narrating]: "When I was young, I looked for a shape of things, a reason, or a design. So much of what happened to me, though, felt like an accident. I guess I lost faith in all that. When I survived my fall, I began to wonder, if there wasn't some purpose to my life; maybe I was on some destined path."
