I saw a segment on PBS about Dr. Kellyann and her bone broth diet. I decided to try it, and followed it closely for 21 days. I lost 15 pounds and felt much better. The key is getting all of the ingredients (not hard) and preparing for it--also the discipline of sticking with it. I would recommend it if you're serious about losing weight.

I saw a program on channel 19 about this book and doctor. Dr. Kellyann is an MD doctor based out of Pennsylvania. She has had her own medical practice for 20 years. Her credentials are impressive. Great info from this book and her.

In all fairness Dr Kellyann Petrucci, has a M.S., (Master of Science) & a N.D., (Naturopathic Doctor).
To borrow & read any book is not a waste of time.

Before-and-after photos of dieters (puzzlingly similar and unconvincing), repetitive with minimum real content, B-list celebrity mentions, and colorless writing, are reasons to not waste your time on this book. Find a good paleo cookbook instead. The author, who is titled Dr. on the cover of the book, is neither a Ph.D. or MD.
