Well-written. Faith journey very convincing. I didn't believe that the hero & heroine were really in love, though.

Carla Capshaw's Love Inspried romances are just slightly more saucy than the others I have read, but still very clean. I love the great inspried messages these books bring to life. This story and "The Gladiator" also by Capshaw are related stories. "The Gladiator" is the first book, then "The Protector" and finally, "The Gladiator." Roman culture just after the time of Christ is prevalent these stories as well.
