I have a new least favourite Elin Hilderbrand book, and this is it, unfortunately. It was trying so hard to be relevant and contemporary that it failed miserably. There were so many parts where I literally rolled my eyes or cringed with second hand embarrassment at how lame and dorky some of the dialogue was. The writing was choppy and the story dull. The only reason I finished it was because by the time the actual story really started I was halfway through the book, so I figured I might as well finish it in case it had a great ending. Spoiler alert: it doesn't.
