This book was far less offensive than Girl, Wash Your Face. It was still offensive at times but at least she tamed it down. She is very motivating and encouraging and I can really appreciate that part of this book. My qualms with this book revolve around how much she conflicted herself because she would quote a famous saying as her mantra and then go against it. Overall, if you can look past her fat shaming hate speech, this book might encourage you to try something new or to not give up on that thing you are trying at. But for someone who is so big in the public eyes right now, I think she could do well to stop spreading hate.
