This is a weird little number - with a not terribly compelling story - but the jarring juxtaposition of modern day "mean girls" in a medieval setting is really quite clever, and the interactions between characters exhibit a great understanding of the social interplay, heirarchies, facades and subterfuge found in most groups of connected, interdependent people. As for the priest overseeing the eventual tribunal of said mean girls' activities - SO funny. As is the back and forth in the one marriage relationship, the pubic hair "modesty wigs" on the witches, the priest hearing sexual exploits in confession..... You're bound to be both bored AND delighted by this little oddity.
