Slick bit of nihilism that manages to outdo its predecessor.  I love Fresnadillo’s style—the frantic editing, the washed-out colours, the crisp sound effects and some amazing visuals all presented with a throbbing, almost subliminal musical score.  Plus, the very idea of a world threatened by an epidemic of “rage” bears an uncomfortable resemblance to current events.  Although the film demands you take a few rather large leaps of faith and turn a blind eye to some of the more illogical plot devices, it is still enormously entertaining and well worth watching.
